Ferrari Lab at Diabetes, Obesity & Metabolic Biology Retreat

Hello from Santa Cruz!

This year marked the Ferrari Lab's first time attending the 2026 Diabetes, Obesity & Metabolic Biology Retreat as a full lab, and it was such a fun opportunity to come together as a team!

We loved hearing about the exciting work happening across labs at both UCSF and UC Berkeley, and getting the chance to connect, learn, and share ideas with fellow researchers in the field.

A big shoutout to Jinse for giving an oral presentation this year, and Francesca and Sophie for presenting the latest data from their projects!
